    Additional Details:

    In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

    Required Credentials: Driver license is required for RNs/LPNs/PTs working on a compact license.

    Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

    Unit Details: Acuity adaptable unit. Works with ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patients.

    Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every other weekend and every other holiday.

    Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
