Additional Details:
An interview may not be available prior to offer. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: Candidates must have experience with fresh open hearts; this experience must also be recent, and candidates must also have experience with mixed ICU patients as well.
Required Credentials: Critical care RNs must take a proctored Dysrhythmia Test onsite on day one; pass/fail.
Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Unit Details: Telemetry monitoring with GE monitors. Patient ratio is 1:1-2; 90% of the time will be 1:2. Charge nurse does not take a patient assignment.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No holiday requirement at this time, but may be required to work. Schedules are made about 6 weeks in advance; self-scheduling, with final manager review.
Floating Requirements: First to float to telemetry or med-surg units.
