Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
All RNs (all specialties) must have NIHSS & EHAC within last 12 months. Certs can be obtained during onboarding.
If candidate resides in one of the restricted counties, they are not eligible for assignment. Restricted Counties-Delta, Franklin, Red River, Hopkins, Bowie, Morris, Titus, Cass, Camp, Rains, Upshur, Marion, Van Zandt, Smith, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, and Panola.
Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Cardiovascular, Care of the patient on ECMO, ECMO, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Nurse driven ECMO protocols, Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, IV therapy, Arterial line management, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Medications, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Respiratory/Thoracic, Care of Ventilated Patient, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE
