Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum 1-year current acute care Case Manager RN experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
HCA case management experience preferred.
Prior HCA hospital experience preferred.

Unit Details:
The assignment covers the CPCU (third floor) and PCU (fourth floor) step-down units.
Uses Midas.
Case management assessment.
Discharge planning.
CPCU is a cardiac step-down unit where CABG and TAVR patients go. Some patients have post-acute placements, but many go home with cardiac rehabilitation.
PCU is a medical step-down unit with a variety of patients.
Case managers work closely with consistent physicians and mid-levels.

Shift & Scheduling:
Monday through Friday; no weekends are required.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
