You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of acute-care hospital Case Management experience.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Unit Details:

• Adult and geriatric patient population.
• Uses MCG or InterQual; experience preferred.
• Manages complex hospitalized patients, coordinates services, facilitates timely transitions of care, and documents accurately in the electronic medical record.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Rotating weekend schedule.
