Required Skills/Experience:
CVICU experience required.
Travel experience required.
Special Requests:
No block schedule requests. 48 hours per week may be considered but is not guaranteed.
Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Uses Baxter pumps.
Common diagnoses/treatments include STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, sepsis, CABG, valve repair/replacement, acute respiratory failure, A. Fib RVR, ETOH withdrawal, head injury, overdose, stroke, trauma, CRRT, TCAR, and TVAR.
Shift & Scheduling:
On-call required.
Floating Requirements:
Float to Intermediate Care Unit as primary RN and to ED holding for admitted patients, as needed.
