Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- ICU experience with experience in drips, vents, and BiPAP.
- RNs are required to titrate drips, including vasopressors and sedation drips such as levo, neo, Cardene, precedex, and propofol.
- Must be able to read and verify telemetry strips.
- Required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 2 years experience.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every third weekend.
- Holiday requirement: 4th of July.
- No call.
- No self-scheduling. Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed.
Floating Requirements:
- Will float to PCU if not needed in ICU.
Special Requests:
- An interview may not be available prior to offer.
- Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
- Resume: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching facility.
- Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
- At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
- Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
- RTO must be submitted upfront. Additional RTO will not be approved after submission.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
