Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license.

Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials:

• Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark, 2 attempts allowed, updated every 3 years.
• Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; includes HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, and OSHA topics; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark, 2 attempts allowed, updated every 3 years.
• Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts allowed, updated every 3 years.

Special Requests:

• Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend.
• No call.
