Required Skills/Experience:

• Med Surg and telemetry trained.
• Able to insert IVs.
• Adult population experience.

Special Requests:

• All RTO requests must be included at the time of submittal; RTO requests after submittal may not be honored.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 0700-1930 and 1900-0730.
• Every other weekend.
• No call.

Floating Requirements:

• Expected to float to Med Surg on a regular basis.

Required Credentials:

• Med Surg and Telemetry Trained
• Clinicians MUST list prior work history with North Memorial Health, Maple Grove Hospital, and/or Blaze Health LLC on their resume
