Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Ability to manage arterial lines, venous/arterial sheaths, cardiovascular and vasopressor drips, and ventilated patients.

Unit Details:

• Unit secretary on days and nights; occasional tech help.
• Uses GE monitors, Alaris pumps, and Puritan Bennett ventilators.
• Procedures performed on unit include bedside central line placement and massive transfusion protocol.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 3 weekend shifts/4 weeks.

Floating Requirements:

• Contract labor floats before core staff.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
