Required Skills/Experience:

• Patient Experience requirements: Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients/family members.
• ICU experience.

Shift & Scheduling: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility. Minimum weekend requirement is 4 weekend shifts per schedule. Schedule is done in 4 week increments. Self-scheduling to an extent. Manager will move shifts to balance out schedule.

Floating Requirements: Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float. If the staffing need is in med/surg, contract labor is expected to float to med/surg and take the assignment.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
