Unit Details: Long-term care facility on the hospital campus. Performs assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatment, wound vac care, CPAP care, tracheostomy care, and other assigned duties.

Special Requests: Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday.

Shift & Scheduling: Includes weekends and holidays. Must be flexible; hours may vary and shift preference is not guaranteed.
