Required Skills/Experience:

• 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required Credentials:

• Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

Special Requests:

• Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Variable 12-hour shifts; every other weekend and holiday.
