Required Skills/Experience:
Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Preferred candidate will have familiarity with some IV skills, IV medications, tube feedings and light wound care.

Unit Details:
The assignment involves caring for long-term residents at Hanover Terrace in Lebanon, NH.
Duties include medication administration.
Duties include providing support with specialized areas such as PT, OT, SUD and pain management.
Duties include assessing resident health problems and developing and implementing nursing care plans.
Duties include monitoring resident progress and responding to changes in condition.

Shift & Scheduling:
No call.
