Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Required Skills/Experience: Min 2 year recent Medical Surgical experience, working in larger hospital (200 beds min), level 2 or higher trauma center. Travel experience required, unless clinician has multiple years of experience in a large level 1 trauma center.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Surgical oncology experience preferred.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Previous Sanford Health employees must have an end date at least 6 months before submission. Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.
Unit Details: Cares for medical-surgical and surgical oncology patients. Uses AccuDose, bladder scanner, Phillips monitors, and telemetry. Ratios are 5:1 on days and 6:1 on nights.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and every other holiday.
Floating Requirements: Home unit is 5SE, but can float to any med/surg unit on any campus.
