Required Skills/Experience:

• OB experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Cesarean section experience as circulator, 1st assist, and scrub preferred.

Unit Details:

• Labor & Delivery, cesarean sections, postpartum and newborn care; OBED triage; inductions; works with midwives.
• Patient ratios: 3 couplets/1 nurse; L&D = 1:1 active labor/Pitocin/epidural.
• Uses Corometrics.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; for nights, weekends are Friday/Saturday.
• No call requirement for travel staff; there may be opportunity for extra shifts.

Floating Requirements:

• Floating within the unit only; nowhere else in the facility.
