Preferred Skills/Experience: Five years' technical experience preferred. One year's leadership experience.

Preferred Credentials: Master's degree preferred. National specialty certification in area of expertise or nursing administration preferred.

Unit Details: Maintains a highly visible presence on the unit, conducts daily rounds with physicians and staff, and coordinates patient and family care needs. Supervises nursing and ancillary personnel and schedules, leads, and coordinates the daily activities of the assigned unit. Nursing administration role includes administrative and general support for Nursing Services, staff support, scheduling coordination, allocation of nursing staff resources, and balancing staffing to patient and unit needs.

Floating Requirements: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.
