Unit Details: Oversees daily patient flow and triages incoming patient requests for services. Provides patient education, administers medications, performs treatments, and assists with procedures as needed. Handles high telephone volume for medication, information, and assistance requests. Coordinates patient care with physician practices and other services as needed.
