Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have 4-5 years of OR RN or combined OR experience.
• Must have circulating experience with orthopedic, spine, and neuro surgeries.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Scrub experience is highly preferred but not required, especially with complex neuro, spine, and orthopedic cases.
• OR RNs who can scrub neuro, spine, vascular, and orthopedic cases and are comfortable with da Vinci robotic cases are preferred.

Special Requests:

• Time-off requests must be kept to a minimum during the assignment and must be approved prior to confirmation.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Variable start times based on need include 7a, 9:30a, and 1pm.
• Schedule includes rotating weekends and holidays.
• On-call is required at least 1 weekend per month.
• Report time is 30 minutes.
• The clinician will be included in the unit's rotation pool and required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure unit coverage.

Floating Requirements:

• The clinician may be floated or reassigned to a different department, unit, or facility within 30 miles of the originally assigned facility, within the clinician's clinical competence.
