Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Cardiac experience preferred.

Unit Details:

• Tele monitoring and post-op monitoring.
• Uses CPN.
• Post-op recovery of surgical and cath lab patients.
• Post-op orthopedic patients, including spine and joint cases.
• ADA/bariatric rooms with in-room Hoyer lifts.
• Patient population includes elective ortho, spine, and GYN surgery patients; elective cath lab procedures including post-PCI, post-pacemaker, ablation, cardioversion, and revascularization patients; stroke, CIWA, chest pain, renal failure, and respiratory failure.
• Set-rate cardiac drips; non-titrating except heparin.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Modified self-scheduling process; schedules posted 3 weeks in advance, leaving time to find trades for scheduling issues.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
