In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Required Credentials:

• Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
• Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark, 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts allowed.

Unit Details:

• Progressive Care Unit managing post heart cath patients, cardiac focused patients, and overflow.
