Required Credentials:

• If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.

Unit Details:

• Inpatient acute rehabilitation setting caring for adult patients recovering from severe injury or illness.
• Common diagnoses/treatments include stroke and heart failure.
• Uses UDS Pro and Pinpoint.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every weekend.
• No call.
