Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
- 1+ years of critical care experience required.
- Trachs, vents, and drips.
Required Credentials:
- EKG required.
Special Requests:
- Requested time off: up to 5 days in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved. Anything more would be subject to approval by the leader prior to confirming the candidate, and time would be asked to be made up at the end of the assignment.
Unit Details:
- Adult patient population; 50% medical / 50% tele.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week at the request of the candidate.
- Every other full weekend; Saturday and Sunday are required unless otherwise approved by the leader prior to confirmation.
- Candidates should be expected to work at least one of the major winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
- No call.
- Night shift orients on day shift. Traveler must be available the entire week for orientation.
Floating Requirements:
- As needed / customary - float is required upon request.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
