Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of experience required. Must have been at the bedside within the last 6 months. First-time travelers not accepted. Must have experience in vents, titration of pressors, and insulin drips. Titration of vasopressors, sedation medication, insulin drips, trach vents, art lines, external pacemakers, chest tubes. Some ICU experience or high acuity PCU required due to the high acuity of this unit. Special Requests: No medical marijuana cards accepted. Clinicians who obtained their RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold an MO, IL, or Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. No RTO the first week of an assignment.
Shift & Scheduling: BJC policy: Every other weekend required. Weekend requirement is 2 shifts every other weekend. For night shift, it can be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday depending on who is already on rotation. No call.
Floating Requirements: Float to floors that are lower acuity.
Unit/Facility Details: No parking cost
Required Credentials: Government issued ID required.
