Required Skills/Experience:
Cardiac drips experience is required.
Experience with BIPAP/CPAP/high flow is required.
Sepsis experience is required.

Unit Details:
Uses Expanse for documentation.
Equipment includes ZOLL, Baxter pumps, GE telemetry monitors, iMobile, Hillrom beds, Centrella specialty beds, and Kangaroo pumps.
The unit uses Timpani and Inspire App for scheduling.
Cardiac drips include Dilt, Amio, Dobut, Milrinone, Nitro, etc.
Patient care includes post-cath patients without intervention, BIPAP/CPAP/high flow, and chest tubes.
Occasional bedside cardioversion is performed, with appropriate Cath Lab staff recovering the patient.

Shift & Scheduling:
Schedule requires every other weekend, holiday or hard-to-fill availability, and 2 Mondays/2 Fridays per schedule.

Floating Requirements:
May float to other Step-Down units (4:1: PSTU, CSU) and Med-Surg units (6:1: ONC, CRPU, GSTU, NTU, MCU).

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
