In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver's license.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years PCU or Med/Surg Telemetry experience required. Will accept a Med/Surg or Stepdown RN; same credentialing for both skills.

Required Credentials: Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: Traveler will be placed on the unit of greatest need, whether PCU or Med/Surg/Tele, based on skill set. Will need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
