Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience in home health
- Proficiency with OASIS required.
- Working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines required.
- One year acute nursing care.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.
- Hospital based preferred.
- Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.
Required Credentials:
- Certified Home Health Required Including Proficiency with OASIS
Special Requests:
- Any RTO and scheduling requests must be made at submission/upload; requests after upload, during interview, or after offer will not be approved and may lead to a rescinded offer.
Unit Details:
- Provides, teaches, supervises, and documents nursing care of sick and injured patients at home; promotes, maintains, or restores health to prevent illness and effect rehabilitation; collaborates with healthcare providers, professionals, and community representatives to coordinate care at home; evaluates the individual's and family's response to interventions.
Shift & Scheduling:
- No weekends.
- Holiday coverage if required.
- No on-call.
- Must be flexible regarding work hours.
Preferred Credentials:
- Infusion Therapy Certification
