Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years PCU or Med/Surg Telemetry experience required; will accept a Med/Surg or Stepdown RN.
Required Credentials: Driver's license address must match claimed residence for travel rate eligibility. Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday.
Floating Requirements: Traveler will be placed on the unit with the greatest need, whether PCU or Med/Surg/Tele, based on skills. Will float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
