• Hospice experience required

Required Credentials:

• Hospice checklist and competency exam required.

Unit Details:

• Inpatient hospice setting.
• Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator.
