An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position.

Required Skills/Experience: Worked in LTC/Assisted Living and Rehab

Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate

Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratio: 1:10 in Rehab & 1:24 LTC/Assisted Living (with CNA assistance of 1:10 ratio)

Special Requests: Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekends: Every other

• Holidays: As needed

• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare facilities within a 60 mile radius.
