Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required Skills/Experience: Will accept a Med/Surg or Stepdown RN; same credentialing for both skill sets.

Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Specialty Exam required prior to start; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required prior to start; passing score of at least 80%, with only 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position. To receive the travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week for 12-hour schedules. Every other weekend. Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: Traveler will be placed on the unit with the greatest need, whether PCU or Med/Surg/Tele, based on skill set. Will need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
